William House

William studied design and painting at the Society of Design and Crafts, Detroit, Michigan where he later taught and became
Professor Emeritus of College for Creative Studies.

With a masterful control of color and composition his impressive interior space studies and evocative panoramic landscapes fill his
large canvases with an inviting and peaceful serenity.

William has exhibited extensively in the US and Europe with such contemporaries as Andrew Wyeth and Georgia O'Keefe. His work
hangs in many museums and private and public collections.
